Julie Rolet is a partner at Stream in the Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate department. She advises a broad range of private and public corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions, group restructurings, joint-ventures and capital investment. She has also developed extensive expertise in dealing with corporate governance issues and family business.

She represents clients in a variety of industries, including retail, insurance and insurance brokerage, pharmaceuticals as well as renewable energy industry. She frequently assists foreign groups in connection with cross border transactions and French legal matters.
