Stream continues to develop its team of Solicitors with the arrival of Timothy Clemens-Jones as Of Counsel. Timothy Clemens-Jones will reinforce the finance team led by Aymeric de Tapol and Olivier Challine and the “international trade & commodities” team comprised of Alexandre Besnard and Polly Davies.

Timothy Clemens-Jones is recognised for his expertise in transport law and international commercial law being particularly reputed for his experience in maritime law and international trade law, advising traders, shipowners, charterers and financial institutions on all issues arising in these areas.
He intervenes on large-scale cross-border transactions in the shipping, aviation, logistics and international trade sectors and has extensive experience and a strong reputation in litigation, particularly in arbitration, before maritime chambers (LMAA and CAMP) or those specialising in commodities in both London and Paris, as well as before the High Court in London. He has sat as an ICC arbitrator and has acted as Counsel on numerous occasions in ICC and OHADA arbitrations .
Solicitor since 1982 and a member of the Paris Bar since 1993, he previously practised at the London office of HFW and then,, since1988, in its Paris office.
