Benoît specialises in tax matters.

He advises our clients (companies, individuals, local and regional authorities and non-profit organisations) in order to optimise and secure their tax situation. As such, he is particularly involved in the following areas:
- VAT and customs duties;
- Corporate tax and restructuring;
- Real estate tax;
- Taxation of the free/onerous transmission of personal undertakings and companies;
- Taxation of personal income and personal wealth;
- Local taxation.

Benoît also advises his clients in their dealing with tax authorities, in order to:
- Protect their interests in case of tax audit and litigation;
- Submit claims on their behalf to obtain tax reliefs;
- Question tax authorities on points of law.

Benoit has also developed a particular expertise in the field of yachting taxation, intervening on numerous cases, both in consulting and litigation, alongside yacht owners.
