Philippe has recognised expertise in insurance law, industrial risks and construction law. He acts for major French and international industrial groups and their insurers, assisting them to manage all their insurance issues.

He has developed specific expertise in the management of significant claims, enabling him to advise and represent his clients on the legal handling of complex technical issues, whether in the pre-litigation or litigation phase, or during judicial expertise.

His practice also includes developing solutions on behalf of insurers following the mobilisation of their insurance coverages.

He frequently deals with cases involving industrial liability, the operation of public works concessions and the questioning of assignments carried out by control offices.

Philippe was admitted to the Marseille Bar in 1999, and before joining Stream was a partner in the firm he founded.
