Stream is delighted to have assisted Louis Dreyfus Armateurs with the M&A and financing aspects of InfraVia’s acquisition of a majority stake in its capital.
Through this transaction, InfraVia acquires an 80% majority stake in LDA. The Louis-Dreyfus family retains 20% of the capital, with Edouard Louis-Dreyfus remaining President of the Group. Further to this transaction, Louis Dreyfus Armateurs will be renamed LD Armateurs (LDA).
With InfraVia’s support, the Group plans to double its fleet and accelerate its growth in the technological innovation, energy transition, and the development of next-generation maritime services and navigation modes.
