Stream Aviation Team has successfully assisted a long standing client in the disposal of a second-hand ATR72-500 aircraft.
The transaction, lead by our partner Aymeric de Tapol, with the assistance of Audran de Carné, involved complex legal issues specific to aircraft and sale of means of transport.
Stream Tax and Customs team also assisted, with the important input of partner Freddy Desplanques, on the tax aspects of the transaction. Miguel Angel Serra also brought in its expertise on Spanish tax law aspects.
