Julie Kleisch was admitted to the Paris Bar in November 2023. She was graduate of a Master 2 in Corporate Law and Taxation from Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a Master 1 in Business Law from Panthéon-Assas University.

She enriched her career by working for a number of Parisian law firms specialising in business and tax law, as well as doing work placements in companies. There she acquired solid expertise in business law.

She has acted mainly on complex French mergers and acquisitions, LBOs and corporate restructurings involving listed and unlisted companies.
