Holder of a Master degree in business and tax law, Marine offers the skills she acquired, in France and abroad, in international law firms and in the French financial markets regulator (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), to all the actors in the maritime and business community.

Marine advises the firm’s clients in matters of transportation law, customs law, civil liability law, insolvency law and general business law.

Marine is frequently involved in the negotiation and drafting of terms and conditions and contracts (commercial leases, sales, distribution, logistics services) including the compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French derived regulations.

She also assists many shipowners, including fishing operators, and their insurers in the event of collisions, surveys or litigation in connection with commercial or technical disputes, or in the case of criminal proceedings.
