Stephen primarily advises on legal issues related to international trade, with a particular focus on the trading of commodities (agri commodities, energy, minerals, and metals) as well as the shipping sector.
He previously worked within several specialized in-house legal departments, having started his career as a Solicitor of England & Wales at HFW, followed by Ince & Co. He has also practiced as a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar.
Today, he assists clients under both English and French law, accompanied a wide range of industry players, including trading companies, brokerage platforms, and logistics operators, in managing large-scale strategic projects.
He also supports shipowners and charterers on a broad spectrum of issues, both in advisory and contentious matters.
Stephen is based in our Geneva office.
