Ingrid is an associate of Stream Law Firm and is involved in both maritime law files (cargo claims, sea events, arrest of ships, etc.), pleasure craft (purchase and sale of yachts, labor law issues for sailors, VAT), advice and assistance for ship repair yards as well as on issues of private international law and international trade law. Holder of a Phd on the subject “Maritime Collision", thesis which was notably rewarded by the price of the Navy Admiral DAVELUY.
Ingrid has acquired a solid practical experience in the maritime world, through her research work but also her practical experience. After her Master 2 in Maritime and Transport Law in Aix-en-Provence, she completed a second Master 2 in work-study insurance law with the GAMA ASSURANCE MARITIME insurance firm. She therefore worked for three years as a lawyer in pleasure craft insurance.
Ingrid works in both English and French.
Ingrid was notably rewarded in the context of her lawyer activity with the Monique Raynaud-Contamine prize for her thesis on "Direct action against P&I Clubs".She also works in supporting students of the Master 2 Maritime and Transport Law for their application for the arbitration competition, and drafting some articles in maritime law.

Arrest of motor yacht in order to guarantee maritime claims: wage claims, work carried out by a refit yard.
